Building Human Capital, Generating the Future

Since its establishment, Noble School has played an important role in human capital development in Malaysia, especially through its strategic collaborations with government agencies. The institution has been successfully appointed and trusted to run various training programs and professional certifications aimed at enhancing participants’ skills and employability.

These programs target youth, teachers, industry operators, and other focus groups who need skill upgrades aligned with current industry and technology demands.

Value-Added Program – KNX Association Certification (System Integrator & Programme Technician) together with Vocational College Lecturers.

Up-skilling for KNX Association Certification (System Integration / Programmer Technician) & Electrical Management Supervision Program (F432‑005‑3:2019, MCU‑1‑11) JPK-KSM for 108 participants / lecturers through a Noble School collaboration with BPLTV‑KPM Vocational College Agencies.

2015 - Northern Region TVET Skills Exploration

The Skills Exploration Program, jointly organized by Noble School and NCIA, provided early exposure to TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) programs for students, youth, and young professionals in the states of Malaysia’s Northern Corridor region.

The Industrial Worker Apprenticeship Training Program (PLAPIS-KU), conducted in collaboration with Noble School and BPLTV-KPM and sponsored by the Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA), successfully trained and placed 271 skilled workers into industries within Malaysia’s Northern Corridor region.

2021 – Toyo Tyre Production Technician Training

A training program for 61 Silverstone Bhd. employees to equip them as skilled Production Technicians for Toyo Tyre Malaysia.

A retention program for 80 Silverstone Bhd. employees, organized in collaboration with Noble School / Perak ECLAT TVET Sdn. Bhd. and sponsored by the Perak Children’s Aspiration Centre (PASAK). The program trained participants as Skilled Workers for Spritzer Bhd.

A collaborative program between Noble School and the TOYO TYRE Group to supply 400 trained production technicians to Toyo Tyre Malaysia – Kamunting Raya, Taiping. This program also served as the pilot project for the HRDF Apprenticeship Program under the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia.

The School of Tourism & Culinary Arts partnered with several hotel groups in Malaysia to provide apprentice trainees in Aesthetics, Culinary Arts, and Electrical fields.

A placement program for trained Automotive and Metal Fabrication Technicians in various industries within Malaysia’s Northern Corridor.

2026 – 5-Star TVET Institution Award
Noble School City Campus was honoured as a 5-Star TVET Institution at a prestigious ceremony held on 11 February 2026 at WTC Kuala Lumpur. This award recognises NSCC’s excellence in its TVET programmes for 2024 and 2025, conferred by the Department of Skills Development (Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran, JPK).

Noble School City Campus received the “Outstanding TVET Training Provider Award (Culinary & Tourism)” at the Malaysian Education & TVET Awards 2025 in Kuala Lumpur in August 2025.

Noble School City Campus won the Silver Award and Bronze Award at the Malaysia Invention & Innovation Expo 2025 (MIX), organized by RR Technology Solutions & Digit360, Universiti Teknologi Mara Startup Company, at the national level.

Noble School City Campus won the Gold Award, Silver Award, and Bronze Award at the International Research and Information Science EXPO 2025 (RISE), organized by Digit360 & Information Science Studies, Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Kelantan branch, at the international level.

The 2024 Nasi Ulam Competition aimed to elevate the heritage food of Zoo Taiping & Night Safari, organized by Pertubuhan Wanita Ikhlas Taiping, Perak (PWITP).

Noble School City Campus was awarded the Diamond Award, Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award, and Top 5 Award at the 1st International Sustainability Invention, Innovation and Development on Food, Culture, and Technology (ISIIDFCT) 2024, in the open category.

Noble School City Campus received the Gold Award, Silver Award, and Bronze Award at the 2024 National Flavor Innovation Competition held at Kolej Komuniti Chenderoh, Kuala Kangsar.

Noble School City Campus was conferred the 5-Star Single Program TVET Rating Award for 2024 by the Department of Skills Development (JPK) in three program areas: Culinary Arts, Aesthetic Services, and Three-Phase Electrical Installation & Maintenance.

Noble School of Engineering was recognized as the “Best TVET & Engineering School (for Human Capital Development)” at the Malaysia Education & TVET Awards 2023 in Kuala Lumpur.

Noble School of Engineering was awarded The Champion Private Education TVET/Human Capital for the State of Perak at the Pangkor Dialogue Awards 2016.

Collaboration

2023 – Strategic TVET Collaboration with BPLTV Colleges in the Northern Zone

A collaborative partnership was established with Vocational Colleges under BPLTV in the Northern Zone, covering Perak, Penang, Kedah, and Perlis. This included the KNX Association Professional Certification Program and the JPK-KSM Electrical Supervision & Management Program (F432-005-3:2019), funded through Perkasa TVET-1.0 PTPK.

Expansion plans are underway to extend the collaboration to 27 vocational colleges in the Central, Southern, and East Coast zones, as well as one training center in Melaka, involving 200 participants under the High-Impact TVET Financing Scheme 2025.
